Yan's real estate career is over a decade in the making. She quickly developed a special talent for sales and negotiations after spending time in the film and entertainment industry in both LA and NYC. While she is known amongst her clients as being extremely responsive, diligent, and kind, Yan also has a drive and deep knowledge of the market that has made her an expert in the field.

From her early years as a rental specialist, Yan built a portfolio of inventory throughout Brooklyn and established trusting relationships with landlords and tenants alike. Now, with her finger always on the pulse of the market, her clients continue to rely on her for their buying and selling needs. Maneuvering through all price points and boroughs, Yan's straight-talking yet friendly approach keeps her clients educated and informed.
