Angela also has the NAR Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. She understands the needs of 55+ clients during their “right-sizing” buying, selling, relocating process. Only a small % (single digit) of the NYS RE salespersons are equipped with the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation. As an ABR® Designee, Angela helps her buyers to navigate the often-stressful home-buying process efficiently. She is there to advocate the best interest for her buyer clients to their end goal – dream home! Most importantly, Angela holds the designation of Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI®) after finishing her extensive houses of residential real estate education meeting the high standards established by the National Association of REALTORS®. Aside from the NAR® designations, Angela is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). She will make sure her seller clients’ properties are priced right for the market, and her buyer clients are not overpaying for their home.
