Teraj Allen

I am a passionate, determined and constantly evolving real estate expert that specializes in Residential Condo and Co-op sales and leasing, Multi- and Single-Family Homes, New Development Sales, Investment Sales and Site Acquisitions. With an extensive academic background in architecture, interior design, and real estate development, I bring a wealth of knowledge that fortifies my professional value. In order to deliver the utmost value to clients - whether they are sellers, buyers, investors or developers - I hone in on one element above all else: the client. My focus in tandem with being a strong and savvy negotiator has resulted in an excellent track record of repeat business. My ultimate goal is philanthropy and my hard work and success has allowed me to give back. I have supported St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Ali Forney Center, Autism Speaks, Lambda Legal, SAGE, ACLU, and Trinity's SAFH, among others and plan to further expand my philanthropic endeavors. I earned my Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, with a concentration in real estate development and a Minor in Dance. I am also an accomplished recording artist, model and actor.
