Ariane Dembs

Ariane Dembs has been living in Brooklyn for the past few years. Although a Syracuse native, she has found her home in Fort Greene. She describes it as “the perfect mix of city and country”. The captivating brownstones of Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy, and Park Slope are what originally drew Ariane in to real estate. “The history and beauty of Brooklyn is like no other place I’ve seen” she says.
Having worked in Midtown Manhattan, Ariane’s interests and knowledge are not limited to Brooklyn.
Ariane has a degree in creative advertising from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University and knows she has found her calling in real estate. She is able to use her degree to the fullest while marketing properties for sellers and negotiating on behalf of her clients. She explains “What I love most about advertising, is problem solving. Finding the perfect marketing solution for each product is thrilling.” Ariane is dedicated to helping sellers and buyers alike. She will devise the most effective way to introduce a new property to the market while making it stand out, and assist prospective house buyers in the process of finding their home.
Spending time with her dog, Minka, in Fort Greene Park, prevents her from missing upstate New York (too much). Ariane loves browsing the fresh food and vegetables at the farmer’s market and experimenting with new recipes at home. “I know the feeling of finding your perfect neighborhood. I want to help everyone find their Fort Greene”.
