Wave Real Estate

Rehan founded Wave because he saw an opportunity to change how people see real estate. Prior to founding Wave, he was the director of market strategy and served on the advisory board of Turtle Bay Capital. There he specialized in acquisitions of Manhattan office buildings valued over $500MM. Before that, as an agent for various other real estate brokerages, he has generated over eight figures in gross rental income. Rehan has lived all over the continent, from Chicago and Florida to Toronto, Canada, and finally, NYC. Because he understands how difficult it can be to move and find the ideal home, he guides the team toward success. He earned a B.A. from New York University for Public Policy and Government, with a dual minor in Social Work and South Asian Studies. He graduated from Marmion Military Academy, and continues to stay true to his community as an active member of multiple not-for-profit charities and boards. He also speaks four languages: English, French, Urdu, and Tagalog.
