David Gomez Pearlberg

"I got the real estate bug early," says David Gomez Pearlberg. "As a kid growing up on the Upper East Side in the 1970s, I had a keen interest in apartments and real estate. I used to scour the classifieds in the Sunday New York Times and drag my parents to open houses all over town." Since those early days of youthful enthusiasm, David has become one of the most adept real estate professionals in Manhattan. After decades studying the city, he has the sort of intuitive understanding of the market that only a lifelong New Yorker and true real estate aficionado can possess. Just as importantly, he knows how to use that knowledge to effectively communicate with his clients and help find the exact right home for them. "I think everyone in New York has an interest in the real estate market," David says. "My passion for emerging neighborhoods, new restaurants, shops and other hotspots helps keep my finger on the pulse of what's happening on the island of Manhattan. I genuinely love guiding my clients through the marketplace and helping them in selecting or selling their home." A natural entrepreneur, David earned a BA in Business Administration and turned to real estate after making a name for himself as a creative director and executive in the fashion industry. His cultivated sense of style gives him a knack for finding beautiful apartments. A West Chelsea resident, David is a regular at his neighborhood's art galleries, the Highline, and restaurants like The Red Cat and Cookshop, where he indulges his love for good cooking and fine wine. When he isn't in the city, David is in the Catskills, renovating a nineteenth-century house with all the care of a true lover of real estate.
