After 20 years of selling Residential Real Estate in Manhattan, Jaye Roter has seen it all. Yet in good times and bad, she has always found customers for her sellers' home and great value to satisfy her buyers' needs.

A consummate professional, Jaye has sold luxury Co-ops and Condos, large and small, throughout Manhattan. A 40 year resident of the Upper East Side, Jaye raised her two children in the city, and in fact, Jaye has sold extensively in the East End Avenue neighborhood where she lives, selling over 25 apartments in one building alone…for record high prices.

Jaye's deep range of knowledge, tenacity and negotiating skills have ensured her a loyal base of clients and referrals, and relationships that have lasted decades. A long time Board Member of her own cooperative, she understands the workings of buildings and the Board package/board approval process.

A graduate of Cornell University, Jaye worked in public relations and fashion, and owned one of the most popular Aerobics Studios in Manhattan before becoming a broker. She has a second residence in The Hamptons where her husband Mark is also a broker with Brown Harris Stevens, in The West Hampton Beach office.
