Jason Naggiar is a 15 year Industry veteran with previous career experience in Finance at Nomura Securities as well as Tishman Speyer Properties, one of the most prominent real estate development firms in the country. He is a savvy and educated real estate professional who regularly taps into his encyclopedic industry knowledge, an invaluable asset that helps him to understand the transactional technicalities and details that are critical to finalizing real estate deals. Jason excels with numbers, continuing to substantiate his data driven approach. Jason has represented some of the most exclusive properties in the NYC, and has represented some of the top developers in the city such as Silverstein Properties, The Elad Group, LENY, Sumaida + Khurana, and Azimuth Development Group.

Spending nearly his whole life in New York City, Jason continuously refers to Manhattan as his own backyard. Jason is an avid sports fan, and spends his free time playing golf, tennis and basketball competitively. At heart he is a family man, loving every moment spent with his wife Michelle and son Noah.
