Greta Emler

Greta is a New Yorker through and through. As a columnist writing for The New York Post, she covered all points of Manhattan, learning the ins and outs of every neighborhood. Her fascination with the city, its people and its architecture, inspired her to pursue a career in real estate, but her commitment to finding the best deals for her clients is what motivates her to work tirelessly on their behalf. Entering real estate from a background in the art and publishing industries, Greta is well suited to represent a variety of clients. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Manhattan's School of Visual Arts, Greta went on to The New School’s Master of Liberal Studies program. She then worked for private art dealers and galleries, until her passion for writing eventually took her to journalism. While working as a journalist, the highlight of her career was creating and developing a popular column for The New York Post called “Zip Codes.” Each week she explored a new Manhattan neighborhood, interviewing locals, taking photos, and digging deep to discover the best the neighborhood had to offer. Greta brings that same enthusiasm and dedication to finding every buyer their perfect home, and matching each seller with their ideal buyer. Focused, sincere, and possessing a genuine concern for other people, Greta builds trust and loyalty by making the needs and wants of her clients her own. She understands the personal significance of buying or selling a home, and works closely with each client, strongly committed to sharing the same goal and ultimately achieving it. Nothing thrills her more than watching her buyers receive keys to their new homes at the closing table, or bringing great, qualified buyers into contract for her sellers.
