Erick Berg

What sets Erick Berg apart besides his experience as a longtime real estate investor and a former sales specialist and manager in the banking industry are the incredible relationships that have led to his success. Anyone who has worked with Erick over the years has welcomed his input, trusted his guidance, and rewarded him with loyalty knowing he will always protect their best interests.

Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, Erick is a longtime Manhattanite who moved back to the city after earning his B.S. degree in Management and Finance at the University of Buffalo. Over the years he has purchased and sold several properties, including an apartment in New Jersey he rents out and the co-op he lives in on 13th Street in the Village. Erick previously served on the board of his co-op and is currently on the House Committee.

Prior to real estate, Erick enjoyed a career at top banks where he rose the ranks to ultimately serve as Senior Branch Manager for a major bank's Times Square office. His tenure in the business also included coaching on sales behavior to improve performance and customer service. As he's always been, he is extremely attentive to the transaction process and to his clients' unique set of needs.

Outside of real estate, Erick is just as dedicated to helping his community through pet therapy programs at various hospitals and as a volunteer for God's Love We Deliver. He is a major animal lover with another pet therapy dog in training at home. Erick also enjoys travel and time on Fire Island in the summer months.
