Documents required with Application: • W2 Form • Most Recent Tax Return (First page and Signature page ONLY) • Most Recent Pay Stub • Most Current Personal Bank Statement (First two pages only) • Letter of Employment stating: Position, Date of hire, Annual salary/CPA Letter if self-employed w same info • Interview with Duell LLC is required for approval • Application fee of $150.00 per applicant/guarantor Qualifications: • Applicant must make at least 40 times the monthly rent. • If a Guarantor is involved, he/she must make at least 50 times the monthly rent. • A Guarantor submits the same application/documents the applicant submits, unless otherwise instructed. • We require a minimum of TWO MONTHS security on ALL our apartments. * * * * We ask that you read above list carefully and do not submit documents that are not on this list, unless specifically requested.
