Denis Abayev

Denis is a Baruch College alumni, who graduated with a degree in finance and investments. He entered the real estate industry at 18 years of age, the same time he started college. He was working part time as a residential sales and rental agent in a boutique firm in South Brooklyn throughout college. Upon graduating from college, Denis joined Commercial Acquisitions Realty and geared his focus on Commercial Leasing and Sales. His expertise includes retail and office leasing, development sales and analysis, as well as investment property sales and analysis.
