In 2013, Classiques Modernes began a collaboration with Pratt Institute in the creation of a new curriculum, Fashion New Media, which explores the journalistic coverage and commercial aspects of fashion and new media. Loy Carlos is currently a member of Pratt's faculty.

Classiques Modernes believes in assisting their clients not only in puchasing or selling a home, but in exploring the outside world as their own backyard.
