Caleb Loftus

Caleb believes buyers and sellers should work with a broker who executes every step of the process with outstanding service. In addition to sales and rentals, Caleb manages investment portfolios for clients who live abroad. He is hands on and helps clients with property management and renovations. When it comes to preparing a property going to market, Caleb has meticulous attention to detail and ensures the property looks its best. In 2018, Caleb founded the Gray Loftus Team with business partner Dane Gray. They have 25 years of experience combined. In 2020, three more agents joined the team. For Caleb, summer jobs consisted of renovating homes with his father or building roads with his uncles who are principals at their construction company. Growing up in this type of environment inspired and sparked an interest in real estate development at an early age. Caleb attended the Green Mountain Valley School where he ski raced at Sugarbush, VT. At St. Lawrence University, he played Varsity lacrosse and was a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity. Caleb studied environmental geology and land use, both helpful with townhouse transactions. Caleb started his career in 2007. He joined Compass in 2015 as the 150th agent. Compass now has 19,000+ agents. Outside of Real Estate, Caleb enjoys playing in a soccer club, cycling, and DJing.
