Yenisey Rodriguez-McCloskey

Yenisey Rodriguez-McCloskey, discovered her passion for real estate when she first moved to Brooklyn Heights, New York at the age of 20 to pursue a legal career. Yeni, as she is known affectionately, was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. In Brooklyn Heights, she experienced for the first time beautiful historic real estate including brownstones, churches and other historic sites not found in the Miami of her youth.

Passionate about helping people and advocating for their rights, Mrs. Rodriguez-McCloskey spent 17 years in the legal profession prior to joining Halstead where she specialized in handling complex matters including many commercial and residential real estate transactions gone wrong. In her spare time, she bought and renovated properties in New York City and the Hamptons.
Ultimately, it was her passion for helping people which was the driving force for her choice to add real estate to her skill set. Yeni realized that she could serve clients and the community by assisting clients with real estate transactions. After all, the purchase of real estate is the largest financial investment most people make in their lifetime; to have a competent and experienced negotiator at their side like Yeni is essential.

In addition to her work in real estate, Yeni has a legal practice located in Brooklyn Heights where she specializes in business law and dispute resolution. When Yeni is not assisting clients with their needs, she spends time with her family and friends. In addition, she assists the community in various volunteer and community activities including most notably mediation services assisting in resolving disputes. Ms. Rodriguez-McCloskey is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar, a member of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the City of New York Bar Association, the National Association of Professional Women and a member of the International Women???s Leadership Association.
