Grace Lappin was educated in the U.S. and abroad and earned her doctorate from Columbia University. Formerly an Associate Broker with The Trump Organization, Vice President NY and Caribbean Specialist with Halstead Property, LLC, and Director of International Properties with ATCO Residential, her expertise includes but is not limited to the luxury real estate markets. She specializes in the sale and purchase of unique and super-luxe properties, residential and commercial properties, new development, and pre-development projects. Grace is the Tropical Destinations Expert for The Language of Luxury and she is an Executive on the planning committee of Invest Caribbean Now. She earned certifications in Construction Project Management, Green Building, and Commercial Real Estate; she has worked as a LEED apprentice on a high profile project in Manhattan and she is LEED trained.
