Gary Richman

Gary is an experienced business professional with over 25 years of experience as an investor in real estate. He has bought and sold just about every type of residential property, from coop and condos, to single and multi-family homes. He's been a buyer, a seller, a tenant, and a landlord. Bringing this experience to the table he approaches every deal as if it were his own. If the client isn't happy, he's not happy. For over 15 years Gary was an Operations Manager in a Sunset Park factory, gaining valuable insight into the workings of industry and the nuances of all types of individuals. He also plays drums and sings in the Brooklyn based band. He really is a people person and has been described by his wife's grandfather as "Lui e un pezzo di pane" (He's a piece of bread). After all who doesn't like a nice piece of bread. Gary was born in Prospect Heights and has lived in Park Slope and Gowanus with his wife and daughter for over 25 years
