Hicham Elkerdoudi

Real estate professional Hicham Elkerdoudi has a stellar reputation among his clients for his persistent follow through and persuasive negotiating that ensure smooth, seamless deals. While he is known as an extremely good dealmaker and closer, Hicham is just as much appreciated for the attentive, patient manner in which he guides his customers and clients through the often complex Manhattan real estate process.

Hicham has enjoyed a particularly successful track record both in the condominium and new development market, and for working with an international clientele of Middle Eastern and European buyers and investors. His ability to understand the needs of diverse cultures and interact with people of all backgrounds stems from his own international upbringing and work experience. Hicham was born in New York to parents who were UN diplomats, then essentially grew up in Morocco where he attended French schools.

He has done business in Dubai and the Middle East, plus spent five years more recently working in Morocco in IT for Dell and IBM.

Fluent in English, Arabic and French, with a basic knowledge of Spanish, Hicham relates well to a wide domestic and global client base. He earned a BA degree in Marketing from Pace University and has extensive sales and business management experience. Hicham has long been intrigued by the power and promise of the NYC real estate market and its potential for investing. He enjoys sharing his invaluable insight on neighborhoods, buildings and inventory with his clients, staying abreast of new income opportunities and ahead of his peers in quality service.

A former resident of Greenwich Village, Hicham presently calls Midtown East home. He enjoys socializing and networking on professional and personal levels to continually expand his sphere of influence. Hicham has traveled the world extensively, with a particular interest in Thailand being an active participate in Thai Boxing. His intense fitness routine also includes CrossFit and running when time allows.
