Patrick Xie, who lives in New York City by Central Park, was born in China. He was raised in real estate family, influenced by his family investment concepts and practices in real estate commercial and investment field since 1990’s. As the son, he shadowed his parents. He studied Computer Science and Finance in University of BITI in Beijing. After graduation in China, he came to U.S. alone, pursued master's degree in public administration at University of Baltimore when he was 22 years old. After graduate with honor, he moved to New York City, started his real estate career. With passion and enthusiast, this young man started his career with Citi-Habitates as a rental agent. To sharp his sales and personnel skills, he also worked in Luxury retail industry on fifth Ave Manhattan. However, he didn’t ignore real estate practice. He paralegal in Real Estate Law Firm, attended and obtained many types of certificates of real estate education classes, observed and bid on real estate auctions for years in New York. He doesn’t just want to be able to use his parents’ knowledge, but also, he is willing to keep studying to remain on the front line of the constant changing real estate market of NYC. His determination on real estate leads him became a senior sales consultant. He is not just an ordinary real estate broker, but also a real estate investor himself. He applied the knowledge that he learned from his parents’ Real Estate Auction Company to his investment strategy. Self-taught foreclosure laws and civil justice system helped him confidently bid on multiple properties at foreclosure auctions in NYC. After many years real estate practice, he owns and manage rental units in Manhattan, Queens, Bronx. Clients from all over the world achieved their investment goals & home purchase needs through him in NYC. His experience and high integrity lead him to success. Patrick as a senior real estate broker and consultant, selling apartment in Manhattan, managing properties for Clients, provide his clients valuable knowledge in the constant changing NYC market.
