A Belgian-American Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, Ann's perspective was shaped by her upbringing in Antwerp, where property, commerce, and culture were part of daily life. Raised in a family rooted in real estate and retail, she arrived in New York with an instinct for value, a discerning eye, and the drive to excel in one of the world's most competitive markets.

As a full-service broker, Ann operates at the intersection of real estate, design, and strategy. She works with a curated network of top-tier attorneys, mortgage bankers, architects, designers, and contractors — ensuring every client receives seamless, concierge-level support from contract through closing.

Her listings have drawn international attention, appearing in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, Architectural Digest, and Forbes, and featured on Million Dollar Listing NY and Open House NYC. She holds a BFA–MFA from RADA and an Associate Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Antwerp — a rare blend of artistic vision and business acumen.

Before real estate, Ann appeared on Belgian television and New York productions as a SAG-AFTRA member, a media fluency that now informs her marketing and client engagement.
