Joan C. Billick has been a real estate broker in New York City for twenty-eight years. During her notable career, she has come to be regarded as one of the most respected members of the Manhattan brokerage community and has been a steadfast presence in the industry. She is considered a broker’s broker, someone to whom colleagues often turn for advice. Joan is thought of by her peers as one of the most knowledgeable and hard-working brokers in the business. Her career has spanned an array of different markets, from the down markets of recession to the white-hot markets of boom times. She has seen it all and can be trusted to guide her clients through both the best and the most challenging of market conditions.

A native New Yorker, Joan has two (2) Master of Science graduate degrees, in Education and Psychology. Prior to joining the real estate industry she had a very successful career in private education as a highly respected teacher and administrator. She became a real estate broker in 1987 and after three short years was not only a top producer but also the subject of a New York Magazine article featuring one of her more challenging transactions.

Joan was a member of Corcoran’s Multi-Million Dollar Club since 2002 and has consistently ranked in the top two percent of NRT’s 54,000 Sales Associates nationwide. Other notable achievements include placing among Corcoran Group Real Estate’s top 25 Brokers in all Manhattan offices for the months of April 2012, August 2013 and November 2013.

Joan’s knowledge of real estate extends well beyond the mid-range, high–end and the luxury markets. Her customers know that they can count on her expert advice on a range of related matters, including mortgage financing, architectural, design and contracting issues, schools, neighborhoods and all-encompassing services Her customers know that she conducts business on their behalf with great integrity and tenacity and goes above and beyond to meet their real estate needs. As a result, Joan has a loyal following of customers within the city, throughout the United States and internationally, as well.
