Sunny Pyun enjoyed fast success as a real estate broker. Many happy clients continue to recommend her after benefiting from her carefully customized approach to their needs, and exceptional attention to detail honed from her legal background.

Sunny decided to lend her client service skills and negotiating savvy to the world of residential real estate after eight successful years as a real estate litigator. Her expertise as a former construction litigator gives her a unique perspective and distinct advantage in advising clients and navigating deals to ensure a smooth experience.

As an expert of the constantly changing NYC real estate market, Sunny draws upon her natural problem solving ability out-of-the-box thinking that are so crucial to being an effective agent. She has proven to be a calming force in a variety of high-stress settings, and known to make tense negotiations win-win situations for all parties involved.

A lifelong New Yorker, Sunny graduated from Marymount Manhattan College on the Upper East Side with an English Literature degree, as well as Brooklyn Law School. Though she previously lived in Queens, she is presently a proud homeowner in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens section of Brooklyn with her husband who she met in law school.

Sunny enjoys educating clients and helping them maximize their potential in the Brooklyn and Manhattan real estate markets. Having worked as a bicycle messenger and tour guide in college, there is no one better equipped for the task. Besides her interest in real estate, she loves animals, gardening, and throwing elaborate dinner parties in her spare time. Charity and community work is also important to Sunny. She serves as a board member of the Princess Chambers, a non-profit organization for underprivileged students, plus chairs corporate sponsorship at her alma mater.
