Maryela Gussi-Schwartz

Maryela Schwartz offers her real estate clients a broad array of tools to aid in the choice and purchase of property in Manhattan, including the ability to judge the potential of space, which is informed by her background in residential interior design. She and her mother-in-law Mercedes have worked in partnership since 1998. Together they serve clients who are looking for homes and also those looking for high-end investment properties suitable for families or individual investors. Maryela and her husband are supporters of Latin American art and its exhibition in New York City. She, her husband and their two daughters live in the upper eastside, which makes Maryela especially familiar with the needs of families in the metropolitan area.
