Colby Billhardt grew up in Fairfield County and always had big plans to live and work in New York City. As a heavily recruited star volleyball player, Colby was able to fulfill her dreams of playing Division I volleyball at the University of Connecticut. After sustaining a career ending injury at the end of her sophomore year, Colby transferred and graduated with a B.A degree in Fine Arts from the College of Charleston. Upon graduation, Colby immediately joined power broker Ryan Serhant as a key member of that team. Nearly three years and $60M in sales later, she joined Brown Harris Steven’s in 2017. As an artist, photographer and visionary, Colby has a keen eye for finding your dream home.
