David Ayers

As part of Scott Stewart's team, David brings together skills from his diverse background in sales, marketing, and acting to seamlessly assist buyers, sellers and landlords through a sometimes complicated process.
A Northwestern graduate, he moved to Manhattan in 1999 and quickly rose to the top of his profession as an actor, starring in multiple Broadway shows and guest starring on television. In 2007, he and his wife spent five years splitting their time between New York and Boulder Colorado, where he put his acting career aside to become a small business owner.
Achieving success in his new endeavor, David consistently grossed the highest volume in sales, allowing he and his wife to give back to the community by founding a 501(c)3 non-profit working with at-risk youth in the arts. For his work as Business Director of the charity, he was honored with a Faculty Fellowship from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

David’s ethics, innovative business strategies and negotiating skills, combined with unparalleled service, helped him grow the nonprofit by 300%.
David has lived all over Manhattan from the South Street Seaport to the upper West side. He is an avid hiker and skier, and continues to advocate for arts education in the public schools.
