Growing up right outside of New York City, Jacob’s knowledge of NYC started at an early age. He quickly learned both the landscape and the culture through the help of his father, who owned restaurants located in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. This encouraged him to obtain a degree in Urban Planning with a focus in Housing Policy and Design at Hunter College.

With a focused and determined mentality for the ever-changing needs of the New York real estate market, Jacob has the foresight and experience to benefit his clients to the best of his abilities. His creativity reaches further than fine tuning sensitive or complicated deals. In addition to working with Citi Habitats, Jacob manages Faces Ink, an artist collective comprised of local visual artists who participate in local art shows, commissioned artworks both indoor and outdoor, and is able to incorporate his two passions of real estate and art everyday.
