Bernard Patrick Gawley

Born and raised in Manhattan, Bernard Gawley is a third-generation New York real estate broker and senior management executive with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has built a strong track record of success, closing more than $120,000,000 in transactions and earning recognition as a top-performing broker at his former firm and at Akam.

Bernard has represented buyers and sellers across some of the most notable condominiums and cooperatives in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and has served as the on-site agent for one of Manhattan’s largest residential developments. He also specializes in townhomes throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn and has successfully handled multiple multifamily property sales.
