Bernard Patrick Gawley

Born and raised in Manhattan, Bernard Gawley carries a legacy as a third-generation New York real estate broker & property manager. Bernard has spent the past decade refining his real estate expertise and has established himself as one of the most successful brokers in his former firm (Greenthal), having closed transactions totaling over $87,000,000+. Bernard has served as the broker specialist for some of the most storied condominiums and co-ops throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn and served as the on-site agent for one of the largest developments in Manhattan. Bernard's success as a real estate broker is a testament to his deep understanding of the New York market, and his expertise in renovations & development.

Before embarking on his real estate career, Bernard went to the University of Rhode Island and graduated with a degree in Human Services. After returning to New York, he served as a housing coordinator for the City of New York, with a primary focus on providing housing for physically & mentally ill 9/11 rescue workers and survivors. Bernard also has an impressive athletic career, having completed 23 marathons and ultra-marathons.
