At The Heller Organization, I lead a team of 25 agents and manage all aspects of leasing, pricing, underwriting, marketing strategy, and tenant qualification across 34 elevator buildings and ~3,500 apartments in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens representing well over $1 Billion in aggregate value. We are actively consulting on 2,400 new units in development, working alongside architects to eliminate inefficiencies, increase rentable SF, and future-proof amenity programming. I also represent buyers in 1031 Exchanges nationwide.
