Natalie Hedden

No stranger to the Australian surf, Korean streetfood, and an upbringing in Toronto, Natalie loves the one place that has a little piece of everything: New York City.

Growing up in Toronto’s downtown neighborhood of Rosedale, Natalie is no stranger to the subway commute and was independent at a young age. She set off for Australia at age fifteen, where attending high school in the surf capital of the world was a far cry from chilly Canadian life. Seeking a distinct and culturally rich experience, Natalie attended and earned a B.A. at McGill University in Montréal, a city renowned for its food and vin extraordinaire, and the festivals and jazz that bring the city to life. Upon graduation, Natalie packed her bags for Busan, South Korea, where she taught English at a private academy which allowed her to explore the many street markets, beaches, and temples South Korea has to offer. She then spent a year traveling to places such as Kyoto, the Incan ruins of Machu Picchu in Peru, Rome, Brazil, Cuba, the Ecuadorian equator, and the Bolivian salt flats. Her last stop was New York, where she has since settled.

Natalie received her M.B.A. in Marketing, but her love for architecture, meeting new people, and discovering new places led her to real estate. As someone who has changed homes like socks, she can appreciate the importance of finding what’s uniquely yours.
