Currently with Sotheby’s International Realty, Roya specializes in the sale of condominiums, co-ops, and townhomes, completing multiple transactions in the city’s most prestigious buildings and neighborhoods.

She has successfully represented both buyers and sellers along Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, Central Park South, and Central Park West, Riverside Blvd., well as at landmark properties such as The Lantern House PH, and 166 Perry St. PH.

Born in Iran, raised in England and Switzerland, and fluent in French and Farsi, Roya brings a global perspective that resonates with an international clientele. Her academic achievements are as impressive as her sales success — she holds an M.S. in Psychology, a B.A. in Interior Design, a B.A. in Business Management, and an EdS in Rehabilitation from Georgia State University.

Before joining Sotheby’s, Roya was a top producer at Nest Seekers International and the Serhant Team, gaining national recognition on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York. She is celebrated for her strategic insight, marketing expertise, and negotiation skills, always paired with discretion and a client-first approach.
