She started her career on the Bracha team, founding member of Keller Williams in NYC. The team was awarded the title of #1 broker in New York and the #2 in the nation overall. She successfully led the sales of various exclusive new development projects and building sales for her developers. She excelled as a top broker winning Top Team by Transactions Medal in 2016 & Top Sales Team of the Year Award for 2017. 

When the pandemic hit, she realized there were unique investment opportunities to be capitalized on during an unprecedented time and joined forces with the Nassimi group and Douglas Elliman. She’s worked with national and international clients,  large commercial investors, notable developers, and some of the city’s greatest movers and shakers.

Sandy is a global traveler having been to 54 countries. She includes plenty of adventure in her trips with anything from scuba diving, boating, skiing, rock climbing, camping, sandboarding, zip lining, and caving. She loves her beloved city and volunteers her time at New York Cares.  Whether traveling around the globe finding international buyers or studying New York's intricate neighborhoods, there is no doubting her passion for what she loves.
