Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith's goal is to provide a quality experience and have a client for life. As a career-long sales and marketing professional, his most important task has always been to build and nurture relationships while providing excellent service – the best recipe for success. Particularly where one's next home is concerned, Gregory believes there is a level of integrity, dedication and knowledge that is expected, demanded, and with him, delivered. The key is to understand his clients' real estate needs, while drawing on his market insight and ingenuity, to secure the best property and deal possible. Gregory personally owns a brownstone in Brooklyn and has invested in other properties over the years. He enjoys and excels at helping others find a home and investment that will bring joy and reward for the short and long term. Prior to his natural transition to real estate rentals and sales, Gregory spent 17 years in sales and marketing in various capacities. He was responsible for opening The New York Marriott Brooklyn as their Director of Sales, and left to pursue a position with Sheraton as the Director of Group Sales for the Sheraton Hotels of New York City. Living and working in New York for almost 20 years gives Gregory an insider's view on neighborhoods that clients appreciate. Gregory is originally from New Jersey, plus has spent time living in Argentina and Brazil where he honed his Spanish language skills. In free time Gregory enjoys weightlifting, yoga, theatre, museums and music venues. He has also been a mentor for at risk youth, and volunteered for the elderly, homeless and other organizations through his Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
