Buying and selling her first home was just a start for Imilda Perez, a New York native with a passion for real estate.

Having her start as an investor afforded Imilda the opportunity to use her decorative eye staging several properties. With a Project Manager title, she managed teams of contractors as she worked closely with architects to produce modern-styled homes with a European flare as she picked up the skill to create proposals, a skill in which she found useful in helping many of her clients.

While investing Imilda caught the inerest of an East New York councilman who referred her to families in need of real estate advice. Here she learned the importance of client education and has been educating clients on the buying and selling process since.

In her years of experience Imilda has not only flipped houses in New York area but in other states as well as an opportunity that helped Imilda learn the market in places such as Florida helping families comfortably relocate.
