Natasha Zhuravsky

Natasha began working in real estate in 2010 and was named Rookie of the Year after 9 months. Born and raised in New York, from various regions of Brooklyn to the suburbs of Nassau County, Long Island & now on the Upper West Side, Natasha has a deep passion for this city. This is quite evident when working with her. You will enjoy her attention to detail, proactive technique and positive attitude! She is known for always working well under pressure and with everyone involved in any situation. Natasha has an extensive knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market coupled with a finance background that ensures every aspect of a transaction is considered.

Prior to real estate, Natasha was a Financial Advisor and Accountant for individuals, working for a well known firm in the fee only based advising field for almost 5 years. Her work there included asset allocation and management, taxes and tax planning and a variety of other facets such as assistance with estate planning, children’s college planning, property & casualty insurance, life insurance, mortgages and cash flow.

Natasha graduated from Boston University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial soul has also directed Natasha towards co-founding an accessory company specializing in hand selected designer items. Additionally, she is a trained actor having studied at Cay Michael Patten Studio. Other interests lie in writing, music, painting, backgammon, tennis, salsa, capoeira, theatre, opera & cooking.

This is literally the first time I have WANTED to give a broker my money. First Natasha Zhuravsky and then Tim Edwards were wonderful--they took our parameters and stayed within them, and pre-screened apartments that would accept our large dog. We ended up finding a deal that was too good to pass up through another channel, and hopefully we don't move for a really long time, but I'd go back to them again in a minute and highly recommend them as excellent communicators with great apartment connections and a really friendly, helpful style.
