As a member of one of the firm’s top-performing teams, he works closely on transactions across the luxury condominium, cooperative, and townhouse markets. He specializes in guiding buyers and investors through the process of acquiring homes and investment properties while ensuring every transaction moves smoothly from initial search to successful closing. Ari is equally skilled in leasing and has a strong ability to identify opportunities that align with his clients’ financial goals and lifestyle preferences.
