William Krooss-Tadas

William has been selling real estate since 2010. Prior to joining Keller Williams in 2017 as a productivity coach and active agent, he was the director of Training and Business Development for Weichert Properties in Manhattan. Starting in 2020 he has merged with The Edry Team and taken a position as their sales manager. William loves connecting with people and putting their minds at ease. He finds it very rewarding to help buyers navigate the ever-changing NYC market and provide sellers with the requisite information to make informed decisions on their sales. Being highly data-driven, with a background in finance and a degree in applied mathematics, he finds that many investors have gravitated towards him these days. He consistently utilizes market trends, absorption rates, and a full spectrum of analytics that help calculate return on investment for his clients. He believes that everyone should understand the full scope of their investment, whether it be a speculative property or their primary residence. "Not every client looks at their move as an investment," said William. "Some consider it a life necessity without realizing it's often is the greatest single impactful financial decision of their life.” Originally from Suffolk County, Long Island, William is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a BA in Applied Mathematics. He and his wife Brittany live in Astoria with their cat "Toothless".
