Lauren Fouros

Lauren Fouros has been selling real estate all over Manhattan for over 30 years. She was a building expert for the Westwind (175 W 93rd), having sold 25 apartments there. As an independent broker and member of REBNY, the Real Estate Board of New York, Lauren personally handles all aspects of every deal. With access to an extensive state-of-the-art computerized database, constantly updated online with data on thousands of apartment and townhouse listings (including building information and sales history), Lauren is able to locate properties quickly and efficiently. Like all members of REBNY's multiple listing service, comprised of over 300 residential brokerage firms, Lauren immediately shares her exclusive listings, and has access to all other exclusives, regardless of the originating broker. Originally from New Orleans, Lauren has lived in New York for over 35 years, and is actively involved with her community, serving for five years on the Board of her residential coop, and volunteering for over 30 years, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
