A 25 year resident of New York City, Vivék has a deep understanding of neighborhood dynamics and properties. Fluent in Russian and Hindi, he has lived in India, Russia and the UK. Vivék has an innate ability to connect with each client and successfully identify their needs. His business philosophy is based on taking the time to understand what his clients are looking for and to provide them with the best possible service. Vivék honed his customer service skills during an 18 year career in the fashion industry, where he managed boutiques and worked as a buyer for luxury fashion houses like Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Dior Homme, Moschino and Ralph Lauren. His time in fashion transformed him into a self-motivated, industrious ally in the search for the perfect fit, be it in apparel or interiors. Whether working with buyers, sellers or renters, his ability to understand and communicate peoples’ needs proves invaluable to his clients. He has travelled extensively through Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa and South America and holds a degree in business economics. Vivék calls Chelsea home, where he enjoys spending his free time exploring the art and music scene, working out and playing volleyball, volunteering with animal shelters and heading his co-op's gardening committee.
