Michal Kravarik

Michal Kravarik was born in Europe and came to the United States to pursue his master's degree. After immersing himself in the culture, he realized he couldn't leave NYC's upbeat lifestyle, excitement, and infinite opportunities. This, combined with his expertise in real estate and finance, is what brought him to Brown Harris Stevens.

Michal specializes in condo, co-op, and townhouse sales and luxury rentals. Whether he is representing the seller/landlord or buyer/tenant, he doesn't stop working until his client's needs are met. Michal's first and foremost priority is to assess, evaluate and synthesize his clients' wants and needs while establishing a professional and fun relationship—his client's comfort being among his top priorities.

Before coming to the real estate business, Michal worked in a CPA firm and a real estate development firm. Being a real estate investor and landlord, there is no doubt that merging his real estate, finance, and communication experience are inherently valuable for his clients.

In his spare time, you can find Michal traveling and meeting new people worldwide, going to the gym, or engaging in one of his favorite sports. He additionally enjoys reading and flying airplanes.
