Born and raised in Queens and Brooklyn, Xerxes holds a BA in Communications from St. John's University. He began his career in the corporate world, which he left for the food industry. After 10 years of owning, running and investing in restaurants, he began a new chapter by turning to the one thing that always gave him a return on investment and financial security - real estate. According to him, it was the best decision he ever made!
