Brent Heine

Brent Heine is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker who began his real estate career in 2002, working as a branch manager for a leading title and escrow company in Hawaii. In 2008, Brent made an exciting move to New York City to begin a real estate sales career. In his first year, he was named "Rookie of the Year" at one of the nation's largest real estate brokerage firms. Since then, Brent never looked back and has a long list of clients who he has helped buy, sell, and rent homes throughout New York City.

Brent understands every client has different needs and desires. His goal is to assist every customer in finding their perfect home in the city. Motivated, resourceful, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable, Brent enjoys showing his customers the most unique properties available to them, and in return, has created a consistent base of repeat clients and referrals. He is detail-oriented and always aware of market fluctuations and current trends. An effective negotiator, and seasoned in both aspects of buying and selling, his intimate knowledge of the New York real estate market allows him to accurately price properties and navigate very complex transactions.

Brent holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
