As the former founder and managing partner of a boutique real estate law practice, Patricia represented major financial institutions, buyers and sellers in real estate sale and financing transactions. Patricia is the true definition of a trusted real estate advisor; not just a broker, but as an investor as well. As an owner, Patricia has experience renovating and designing apartments, which gives her an unparalleled understanding of her client’s needs before, during and after the transaction.

Patricia is sophisticated, highly focused, and an expert negotiator. After starting her own law firm upon graduating from law school, Patricia soon realized that her passion was in sales and business development; so she added real estate, mortgage and title insurance sales to her residential real estate repertoire. She offers expert knowledge of a real estate transaction, from the search for a property to financing and structuring a deal, to navigating the legal complexities at closing.

A native and lifelong NYC resident, Patricia’s favorite neighborhoods are where she has lived or frequents: Tribeca, Battery Park City, Flatiron, Park Slope and Soho where she currently resides in an exquisite loft with her husband and two dogs.

Patricia speaks fluent Chinese and English. Her favorite hobbies include Soul­Cycle, interior design, photography, cooking and travel. Patricia’s commitment to philanthropy is evidenced by her active board memberships and volunteer work. She serves on the board of Best Buddies New York, a non­profit that creates social inclusion for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and enjoys spending time with her own Buddy, Elizabeth. Patricia was awarded as the "top fundraiser" the last 2 years in a row and she is also a board member for The VHL Alliance (VHLA), dedicated to research education and support to improve awareness, diagnosis, treatment and quality of life for people with VHL, a rare form of genetic cancer.
