Joan has lived in New York City since 1979 . She specializes in making your home "market" ready for sale with her staging abilities, adding value to your home, and achieving higher prices for her sellers.

Joan is an expert at pricing and negotiations, and understand this difficult market. She represent sellers and buyers. Always representing the interest of their clients.

Joan's previously held the position of Vice President for major retail firms in charge of sourcing and product development . She brings excellent negotiation skills, and client services to the real estate profession. Joan has worked and travelled to over 40 countries negotiating contracts.

Joan understands that real estate transactions can be extremely stressful especially here in NYC. She knows first hand what it is like to purchase real estate in NYC. She has renovated 7 different apartments and homes and has a great eye for "good bones" in an apartment.
