Born and raised in Long Island City/Astoria Queens, he knows the neighborhood market better than anyone. Nick Earned his B.B.A. from Baruch College in Finance and Investments. After almost 10 years of working in Banking and Finance Nick left Wall Street to pursue a career in Real Estate. He comes from a family of real estate investors and property managers so his vast knowledge in the industry and neighborhood is second nature.
