Jonah Katz

Jonah Katz is an accomplished real estate professional with a diverse career in luxury sales and design in New York. In 2012 he founded a boutique brokerage and grew to 20+ agents before moving his team to one of the leading residential firms in the city. To date Jonah's team is responsible for over $1 Billion in real estate sales.

The team serves a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from investors and developers to first time home buyers. Notable recent transactions include a record breaking $4.7 Million sale at Williamsburg’s Mill Building and the $18 Million sale of the penthouse at the renowned Puck Building. The team's design portfolio has been featured in Architectural Digest and several other top publications.

Jonah is currently enrolled in NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he is pursuing his Master's in Real Estate. He serves on the Steering Committee of the Young Patrons Lincoln Center and during his time off enjoys vacationing at his home on Fire Island.
