Susan Warner has been in residential real estate since 1988 with Edward Lee Cave, Inc., now a division of Brown Harris Stevens, where her main focus is the Upper East Side. Her international background has afforded her an extensive network of clients who have relied on her expertise in helping them identify the perfect home. She has built trusting relationships with them and they continue to benefit from her professional services handling both the purchase and sale side of many transactions. With her meticulous attention to detail and skillful negotiation she remains focused on the particular needs of her clients and as a result receives constant personal referrals.

Susan's experience as an interior designer, prior to shifting her focus to selling real estate, has also allowed her to offer her clients advice and help beyond her brokerage role.
