With more than 17 years of experience, over $350 million in career sales, and more than 200 completed transactions, Eli has built his reputation on persistence, straightforward advice, and a highly personal approach to every deal. A consistent top producer, he works closely with his clients as both an advocate and strategic partner, with a particular focus on representing sellers and positioning their properties to achieve the strongest possible result.

Eli’s philosophy is simple: achieve the right price, in the right timeframe, with the least amount of stress. From pricing and preparation to marketing, negotiation, and closing, he remains deeply involved throughout the entire process. His ability to anticipate challenges, create competition, and navigate complex transactions has earned him the trust of repeat clients and referrals throughout New York City.

Before entering real estate, Eli spent seven years working in construction and design, including serving as a foreman on multimillion-dollar residential projects.

He studied at Brooklyn’s Institute of Design and Construction, and his understanding of architecture, renovation, craftsmanship, and building quality continues to give his clients an important advantage when evaluating, preparing, and marketing a property.

A native Brooklynite and longtime former Upper East Side resident, Eli brings firsthand knowledge of several of New York City’s most distinctive neighborhoods and housing markets. He also studied business management at Brooklyn College, combining practical construction experience with a strong understanding of the business and financial side of real estate.

When he is not working with clients, Eli enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and son.
