Prior to real estate, Raymond spent several years as a trader on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange trading floor. For the past decade, Raymond worked as one of New York’s leading national sales directors in the architectural and interior design industry. He joined the real estate industry two years ago to combine his love of New York, real estate, and architecture/design. Raymond uses his extensive architectural and interior design background to aid clients and customers in visualizing a property’s true beauty and potential.

In his spare time, Raymond enjoys theatre, immersing himself in all things New York, and spending quality time with his family, including their two French bulldogs, Luca and Rufus at their Upper Westside apartment. Raymond traveled throughout Europe during his life. The experiences provide him with detailed understanding of European culture and design. However, Raymond remains convinced that New York City remains the most vibrant city in the world.
