Katie Kahanovitz

New York City born and raised, Katie Kahanovitz knows the city in and out, giving her a firm grasp on what New York has to offer. Katie started out in show business appearing on Broadway at age 10 and is still pounding the pavement, only now it’s in real estate as she searches for the perfect new home for her clients. Having recently graduated from Marymount Manhattan College, Katie has spent virtually her entire life in the city and experienced firsthand the difficulties of finding an apartment. She knows what it’s like to live in the city as a family, singleton and a couple. It can be a nightmare out there, which is why Katie loves making the infamous New York City apartment search an enjoyable process. Katie is dedicated to finding her clients what they want, and encourages them to aim high and not settle. While Katie loves to make people feel welcome and comfortable, that true New Yorker in her is straightforward and honest.
